Furnitureland Holdings Limited (In Creditors’ Voluantary Liquidation) (“the Companies”)
On 22 September 2005 the Companies entered administration and Alan Michael Hudson and Margaret Elizabeth Mills were appointed as Joint Administrators. The appointment was made by the Company's Directors under the provisions of paragraph 22(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
Subsequently, on the 15 March 2007 Furnitureland Holdings Limited was placed into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and on the 16 March 2007 Furnitureland Limited was placed into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation, pursuant to paragraph 83 of schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (“IA 86”). On the same dates, Alan Hudson and Margaret Mills were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies.

Unsecured creditor claims
If you wish to make an unsecured creditor claim against the Company, a Notice of Claim form requires completing in the below format, to allow the administrators to agree creditors' claims in principle. Once completed, please send to the above address for the attention of Michael Warren. Customer creditors may have already completed a claim form and consequently do not need to do so again.
